Las Vegas Hotel
Plans for a USD$50m managed hotel offering maximum value for our clients with industry average cap rate returns. We are in discussions with various operators for the Hotel management but would envisage either a Hampton Inn or Courtyard Marriott styled development. The local area where the site is located provides an opportunity for upper to middle tier guest accommodation with indicative REVPAR reports providing positive estimates with current feasibility studies. This project is scheduled to begin 2017/18.
Blood Stock Stud Breeding Program
We are currently planning a blood stock breeding program providing excellent opportunities within an up and coming industry that already is providing rates of return comparative with other capital markets. Landowners benefit from external capital that enables them to improve the ROI. Our clients can share in returns without having to outlay capital on land and we will begin to form a growth expansion plan for 2017/18.
